Shipping and Sales Tax
All orders are shipped UPS Ground or FedEx Ground. We usually ship within 2 to 3 business days and packages take between 1 to 8 business days to arrive. A UPS tracking number will be emailed to you at time of shipping.(More information below, in the FAQ).

We are required to charge sales tax on all orders shipped to addresses in Ohio, US only. No tax will be charged on orders shipped outside the state of Ohio, US.

The products we sell are always the newest models and latest updates. We update our site with the latest products as they become available from the manufacturer.

What about shipping costs?
Shipping costs are based on UPS Ground residential rates plus handling charges. All products are shipped via UPS Ground or FedEx Ground.

When should I expect delivery?
All orders are shipped UPS Ground or FedEx Ground. Virtually all our products are shipped within 2 to 3 business days. A tracking number will be emailed to you at time of shipping. After the product leaves the warehouse, standard UPS Ground or FedEx Ground times apply.

What if I need warranty service?
Our products are top quality merchandise, but we understand that sometimes you just aren't happy with something you purchase, whether in a physical store or online. You can return any item for any reason for a refund within 10 days of receipt. Returns must be in salable condition, with ALL original materials and packing.
